Now it is our graphics department´s turn!

After you have placed an order it is our job to convert your ideas or data into printable graphics.

For this we usually scan and produce the design according to the technical possibilities. Even if you supply us with files, we often need to rework them so that they really can be printed afterwards.  We use the most expensive graphic computers, the newest software techniques and last but not least our years of know how. 

After we have received your production clearance either by email or by post, a print film is made for each colour (often in large formats with many uses, so that the production is more efficient).

All these work stages are collected together under the so-called "litho and film costs".

In comparison to other companies, we display these in the offer or order confirmation separately and do not add it into the unit price.  Otherwise you would pay for these again with every new order.

Another advantage is that we guarantee to archive the file for you, together with all the print films, for ten years.  So you can re-order your product within the ten years without us charging for new litho costs.

Hopefully, you can understand better now, why we have to pass on part of our costs for the above mentioned work.
