We use special embossing tools that apply specific pressure to materials such as aluminum, steel or plastic to create a relief-like surface. The standard embossing height is approx. 0.25 mm, but can vary depending on the material. Different embossing heights within a product are also possible.

Our sharp-edged embossing offers additional precision and attention to detail as an embossing variant. As a result, small details, serifs, sharp corners and thin line widths are reproduced with even greater clarity and quality.
