HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Focus on recruiting

Your tasks:

• Your tasks will focus on the operational implementation and strategic-conceptual development of the overall topic of employee recruitment for our German locations.
• You will be in very close dialogue with the specialist departments and work together to develop the recruiting strategy in order to attract culturally and professionally suitable colleagues.
• By continuously developing our onboarding concept and tools, you will work closely with the specialist departments to ensure the sustainable and successful integration of our new colleagues.
• You will continuously develop our employer image and our HR marketing activities with a view to the future.
• You will also be involved in other HR projects and deputize for colleagues within HR support.

Your profile:

• You have a degree specialising in HR management, psychology or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience.
  You enjoy working operationally and conceptually, in addition to experience in support, your focus is on recruiting/HR marketing and/or personnel development.
• You like to keep several balls in the air, interact confidently and empathetically with internal customers, interfaces and applicants and manage processes effectively and purposefully.
• You convince through passion and humor and advise involved parties competently and with diplomatic sensitivity.
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 applications and a good command of English round off your skills.
• You feel at home in a medium-sized, family-run company with flat hierarchies and appreciate pragmatic solutions.

Produkt Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Your field of activity includes the independent implementation of customer and strategic development projects within the product groups and services for which you are responsible, taking into account our sustainability strategy.
• You will be responsible for the coordination and management of new product developments, the continuous further development of existing products and services, as well as the phasing out of these in the context of the entire RATHGEBER product portfolio.
• In addition, you will collect market data, create customer benefit analyses and derive development scenarios from this, which you will concretise in specifications and later establish on the market on the basis of product sales concepts.
• You will be responsible for the technical support and training of our internal and external sales teams across all locations.
  Your tasks will also include the regular creation of product and marketing documents for internal and external documentation.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. in printing technology, business administration or industrial engineering) and have several years of experience in product management in a manufacturing company.
• You have a ‘green mindset’ and see sustainability goals as an asset.
• Your deep technical understanding is paired with good analytical skills, holistic thinking and a high affinity for digital media.
• You communicate convincingly and enjoy giving presentations. Very good German and English skills round off your competences.
• Travelling between our Europe-wide locations, customers and suppliers is a positive addition for you.

Marketing/Product Management Intern (m/f/d)

For one semester or the duration of the internship

 

Your tasks:

• You will independently create content for various communication channels (e.g. social media, print and online) and support the press department.
• You will contribute fresh ideas to the preparation, marketing, realization and follow-up of online seminars.
• You will be involved in the planning, coordination and realization of the production of video and image content and supervise internal photo shoots.
• You will be responsible for the digital revision of existing print materials up to the pre-press stage.
• You will support the preparation, realization and follow-up of trade fairs.
• You will support product management, in particular with our internal software solution IDconnect, and immerse yourself in topics such as IoT, Industry 4.0, Digital Product Passport and Digital Link.

Your profile:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) and are interested in technical products and topics such as AI, Digital Product Passport, IoT and Industry 4.0.
• You have user knowledge of Office365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• With your communication skills, team orientation and creativity, you convince us and like to lend a hand.
