Guidelines for our actions

In order to promote a common understanding of how we work together - both within the teams, in management and in our dealings with partners and customers - we have developed clear guidelines across all locations and departments. These provide us with binding guidance on how we act in the many different situations we encounter in our daily work together.

  • Our mission statement, which is based on our corporate values, reflects the existing culture of our collaboration and at the same time provides a framework for our daily actions. It serves both as a target image for further development and collaboration within the team as well as for cooperation across locations and countries

  • The jointly developed Code of Conduct defines the framework within which the employees of the RATHGEBER Group operate in order to comply with legal and internal requirements. It sets binding standards of conduct for all employees and also serves as a guide for day-to-day actions and cooperation - both within the company and in contact with customers and partners.

Health and well-being are important to us

  • We want our employees to be able to balance work, family and private life and be successful in doing so. That is why we are continuously developing measures such as flexible working hours and mobile working to support this balance.
  • The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We ensure safe and health-promoting working conditions, which is underlined by our ISO 45001 certification.
