With the CHROMOTION® Premium Line, RATHGEBER has developed a marking solution that perfectly complements the exceptional product design of the FT40 - as if it were "of a piece" with the turbine.
Initial situation
Special requirements apply to a high-performance product such as the FT40:
EmiControls was looking for a premium branding that would reflect the innovative power of the FT40 and at the same time withstand the tough industrial operating conditions.

The expressive lettering from the CHROMOTION® Premium Line fulfills two goals at once:

The brushed metal look with a precise 3D finish gives the FT40 an elegant, high-quality appearance. The premium branding blends seamlessly into the design of the housing - like an integral part of the machine. Maximum durability
The robust design of the CHROMOTION® elements withstands wide temperature ranges, UV radiation, moisture, chemical influences and mechanical stress.

Adhesive technology precisely tailored to the FT40
A specific adhesive solution was developed for the FT40, which:
- can safely cope with high surface temperatures
- compensates for large temperature fluctuations
- adheres reliably to the structured substrate
- compensates for turbine vibration and air currents
The material combination was sampled, tested and finally optimized in close cooperation with the technical experts at EmiControls. The result: a permanently secure connection - even under extreme conditions.

The requirements, surfaces, temperature effects and design guidelines were examined in detail in consultation with the development teams. - Sampling & test series
Several variants of the CHROMOTION lettering were tested on the original surface. The adhesive, thickness, radius adjustment and surface finish were optimized. Fine specification - Start of production
Result: A perfect fusion of design precision and technical performance.
The marking was precisely tailored to the production and assembly processes at EmiControls - fast, smooth and reliable.
