The year 2024 is behind us, and as we look ahead to the challenges and opportunities of the new year, we like to take a moment to look back on the highlights of the past year together.

Our team events are particularly memorable. Every team worked hard, implemented creative ideas and created unforgettable experiences. From relaxed outdoor days to sporting challenges, everything was included.

A nice side effect: although the focus was not explicitly on sustainability, some teams chose activities that emphasized social or ecological values. This shows once again how responsibly and creatively we work together - not only in the workplace, but also beyond.

The most important thing, however, is spending time together away from the daily work routine. There is no substitute for meeting up in a convivial atmosphere, laughing together and strengthening team spirit. When we look at the photos, we can feel the spirit of our motto "RATHGEBER connects - every individual is part of our strong team" in every smile and every moment.
