Silver Award for Long-Term Commitment to the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact
04.11.2026RATHGEBER was honored for its long-standing participation in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact. For us, this recognition serves as an incentive to continue consistently advancing environmental and climate protection.

RATHGEBER was awarded the Silver Certificate for its long-standing commitment to the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact. We are particularly pleased to receive this recognition, as environmental and climate protection are not just short-term projects for us, but part of our corporate responsibility.
On October 23, 2026, Bavaria’s Minister of the Environment, Thorsten Glauber, honored approximately 60 companies at the Allianz Arena for their sustained and voluntary commitment to environmental and climate protection. Companies participating in the Environmental and Climate Pact for the third consecutive year receive the Silver Certificate.
RATHGEBER has been supporting the initiative since 1995. Participation in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact requires voluntary corporate measures that go beyond legal requirements. The focus includes, among other things, climate protection, resource conservation, and the prevention of waste and wastewater.
We therefore view this renewed recognition above all as confirmation that we are consistently staying the course. Environmental and climate protection are an integral part of our corporate strategy. This includes a certified environmental management system as well as the continuous reduction of our environmental impact and scientifically grounded climate targets. Our emissions reduction targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with the 1.5°C goal.
For us, the Silver Award is both recognition and motivation: responsibility is not demonstrated by a single measure, but by staying the course and continuously improving.
