RATHGEBER receives EcoVadis Silver & impresses with 81% in SAQ rating

Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, but an integral part of our daily work. We are therefore all the more pleased that our commitment has now been officially recognized:

EcoVadis has awarded us the Silver Medal in the first assessment. This puts us in the top 15% of all companies assessed worldwide - and even in the top 7% in our industry. 

We also scored 81% in the SAQ rating for the automotive industry - well above the industry and country average and the comparative value for companies of a similar size. At the customer's request, we also completed the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) questionnaire and achieved the best score for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME B).

Our commitment to the environment and climate has a long tradition at RATHGEBER: we have been implementing specific environmental and climate protection measures at our sites since 1997. Since 2009, we have been systematically recording our CO₂e emissions in order to reduce them in a targeted and continuous manner.

One particular highlight was the award presented to our Managing Director Andreas Schrägle in 2024: he was honored by the United Nations as a UN SDG Pioneer - a special recognition for our entire team and our many years of commitment.
