ROYALPLAST® Classic logo | RATHGEBER | © RATHGEBER GmbH & Co. KG

Self-adhesive labelling solutions are often referred to as adhesive plates. We distinguish between adhesive plates made from metal and adhesive plates made from plastic, as well as between adhesive plates for technical applications and commercial applications. Adhesive plates bearing advertising messages and information can be used on products (logo, model designation, decorative element), packaging, sales displays, vehicle fleets and at events. Technical adhesive plates are typically used as type plates, warnings, stamped and functional parts and scales. Adhesive plates can be used in a wide variety of different ways. For special surfaces, there are also different bonding systems to choose from, depending on the nature of the surface on which the products are to be stuck. When it comes to choosing the right bonding system, we recommend using the services of one of our expert consultants to ensure that the adhesive plates remain firmly and permanently in place.

Confident brands have a confident presence.

This maxim applies for your brand from your service team to your employees' company notebook computers. Keep your brand in people's minds with subtle but continuous advertising. Company plates and labels are often the first indicators your customers see. Which is why they should have an inviting effect as advertising.

This also applies to advertising on your vehicle fleet and on your employees' workwear. Everything has a signal-like effect and contributes to the success of your brand presence.

Practical examples and further information on advertising can be found here.

When it comes to product design, it's all about the nuanced skill of distilling the essence of a brand. Thanks to its extensive printing, finishing and production options, RATHGEBER offers numerous solutions as decorative elements or as embellishments. Used in a targeted manner, they support both the look and feel of a company's message. We develop and produce high-quality eye-catchers that draw attention to themselves as decorative elements or embellishments.

They are the crowning elements of a strong corporate design. A decorative element made from ROYALPLAST®, for example, combines visual depth with robustness. Other three-dimensional products and materials also offer a variety of possibilities for creating the right look with a decorative element.

ROYALPLAST® - domed labels and plates

Domed labels can be used in a variety of ways. The hallmark of domed labels is their finish with a transparent, synthetic resin lens. The doming gives every logo and emblem a fascinating, three-dimensional look. The special polyurethane mix is "self-healing" and also provides a protective layer over the printed film. Domed labels are flexible, exceptionally robust and are therefore also recommended for outdoor use.

Domed labels can also be produced in various finishes. The combination of acrylic glass and ROYALPLAST® (ROYALPLAST® Relief Plus) creates an additional visual depth effect. Domed labels can also be enhanced further with relief embossing (ROYALPLAST® Relief). Embossing in silver and gold gloss in particular and translucent colours convey a refined look with a unique three-dimensional effect. Domed labels that are pre-curved can also be used on pipes or other rounded objects (ROYALPLAST® Relief). Another version takes the form of domed labels as lettering (ROYALPLAST® lettering).

Before a new product is manufactured, you receive a draft of the item ordered. You can check the distribution of colour, the size and design. We only start to produce your order once we receive the OK from you.

3D logos, lettering, emblems, plates and labels

Labelling on products gives retailers and consumers information on the properties of a product or its packaging. Often, symbols, logos, pictograms or short texts are printed on plates or labels. On the one hand, these create a framework for technical labelling solutions in order to comply with national and international guidelines and satisfy their standards (technical labels, type plates, warnings, etc., operating films). On the other, printed plates and labels can be used for advertising purposes, such as the logo on a product, a model designation or even decorative plates or labels as a decorative element or embellishment. There are various labelling techniques and numerous materials to choose from when it comes to identifying and labelling products. Plates are mainly made from metal (aluminium, stainless steel, etc.) and plastic (acrylic, vinyl, polyester, polycarbonate, ROYALPLAST®-domed labels, etc., CHROMOTION®)

RATHGEBER has been supplying customised labelling solutions for companies in the industry, retail and service sectors for over 60 years.

Solutions for your workflows

Workflows need to learn how to walk too.

Maybe you've already heard the term "simplexity". It refers to a principle in which something complicated, such as computers or workflows, are simplified without losing any of their complexity. This is precisely the tool we offer to simplify your workflows. Through the targeted use of information and symbols in guidance and orientation systems, for example. This allows us to make your workflows flow and establish a regular rhythm within your company. Systematic depiction contributes towards a high standard of quality and makes maintenance and checking easier.

Other benefits: your employees are less stressed and can focus on what's important - their work and excellent service for your customers.

Practical examples and more information on workflows can be found in Applications - Solutions for your organisation - Workflows.
