75 years of company history – more than just business: A summer of commitment

2023 marks a special milestone in the history of our company: We are celebrating our 75th anniversary! Three quarters of a century of challenges, innovations and successes. But above all, our anniversary represents what has always defined us: social and ecological responsibility.

To properly celebrate this anniversary, we organised a series of team events in the summer that gave our employees the chance to get involved in various social and ecological projects. The events were planned, organised and implemented by the teams themselves. This not only demonstrated their capabilities, but also reflected the deeply rooted values that shape RATHGEBER as a company.

Managing directors Andrea and Andreas Schrägle personally supported the initiatives and provided the necessary resources. "These events vividly embody the values that have defined RATHGEBER for the past 75 years," says Andreas Schrägle. Andrea adds: "We are proud of our teams and the fact that we can make a positive contribution together."

The 75th anniversary is not just a look back at our history; it is also a promise for the future, the promise that we will continue to act with integrity, responsibility and commitment.
