Appreciation, respect and trust are basic principles in our daily dealings with each other.

The newly developed Code of Conduct of the RATHGEBER Group serves as orientation so that the existing values and duties are lived throughout the company and which are anchored in daily actions. The Code of Conduct ensures a trusting and productive cooperation for all employees as well as all business partners and is at the same time proof that the employees of the RATHGEBER Group act sustainably, in compliance with the law, fairly and according to existing standards.
