RATHGEBER celebrates his 70th company anniversary at Hoch5 in Munich

Labelling specialist RATHGEBER celebrated its 70th company anniversary in his home town Munich. Hoch5 almost seemed fated to host this symbolic celebration with plenty of atmosphere. The building is located in the Werksviertel, a new creative quarter in the east of Munich, close to RATHGEBER’s birthplace in Claude-Lorrain-Strasse. This vibrant district is currently being redeveloped for the future.

This makes it the ideal setting for the RATHGEBER Group, an organisation which loves looking to the future, without losing sight of the factors which led to its success over the past seven decades. On a beautiful clear day in October, after an action-packed afternoon, around 270 employees from four sites were invited to make their way to two floors of Hoch5. With its fifth-floor roof terrace, the building offers a breathtaking view of Munich. This is also symbolic for RATHGEBER, as the Munich silhouette is immortalised in the company logo. Conditions were perfect for a fantastic company party.

Top-class entertainment was guaranteed first of all by the band Mojo Pin, who served up a thrilling selection of pop and soul classics. The repertoire included songs by acts ranging from Stevie Wonder and the Beatles to Lenny Kravitz and Sting. An extraordinarily successful start to a long and relaxed night of celebrations. With DJ Florian at the helm, proceedings moved seamlessly onto the packed dance floor in the lounge.

It wasn’t just the guests who had a marvellous time. Andreas Schrägle, too, was in the best of spirits: ‘What an unforgettable celebration, with an amazing atmosphere, and all the brilliant people who make the RATHGEBER Group what it is. It’s been so much fun. It couldn’t have gone better.’

Breakfast the following day was a wonderful way to bring a thoroughly enjoyable anniversary weekend to a close. We are left with plenty of pictures and memories of a wonderful day spent together.
